 Before you begin, please ensure that you have read and understood the Guidelines.

 There are 5 sections to complete the application:

Section 1: Company Background
Section 2: MSC Malaysia Status Qualifying Activities Progress Update
Section 3: Minimum KPI Requirement
Section 4: Declaration and Signatory
Section 5: Documents Upload

  • Compliance Self-Declaration Form (to be verified by External Auditor) 
  • Signed copy of MSC Approval Letter & Conditions of Grant
  • Stamped Tenancy Agreements / Sales & Purchase Agreements of all the MSC Cybercity/Cybercentre office(s) since approval of MSC Status
  • Certified true copy of past years financial audited reports since approval of MSC Status, including latest management account (year to date)
  • Processing fee of RM2,120 (non-refundable)*
*Note: Only applicable for Pioneer Status Extension application under the old regime that is made together with Transition for Services Incentive application under the new regime.
